The publishing connection requests sign-in, profile, email, and personal-post publishing permissions. Optional LinkedIn Insights uses a separate connection that requests basic profile, connection-count, post and profile analytics, organization follower and social-data reading, organization administration, and member and organization social publishing permissions. Requested permissions do not mean every capability is available in KnownVoice; company-page publishing is not currently supported.
With Insights connected, we store profile and authorization details and available performance metrics for KnownVoice-published posts, such as impressions, reaction and comment counts, clicks, and video metrics. Diagnostics can also retrieve follower counts and managed-organization access information. We do not read private messages or import your connection list.
We store the content you create or that our AI generates, including draft posts, approved posts, and posting history.
Text entered in the public LinkedIn post formatter stays in your browser unless you choose its optional handoff. Source material, perspectives, drafts, transcripts, audio, or other content submitted to AI-powered generators is processed by our servers and relevant service providers.
If you connect RSS feeds, we store the feed URLs and fetch publicly available article data to generate content suggestions.

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. On public pages, Traffic Source provides limited cookieless measurement using daily rotating pseudonymous identifiers derived server-side from network and browser information. It processes page paths, referral and campaign information, browser or device details, and approximate location derived from network information without storing an analytics identifier in your browser.
Choosing "Accept all" enables optional analytics cookies and persistent visitor and session identifiers for returning-visitor, journey, and selected product-event measurement. Choosing essential cookies only, or later withdrawing consent, clears those persistent identifiers and returns measurement to cookieless mode. We suppress both modes when a supported Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal is present. Analytics metadata does not include your post text, source material, or perspectives, and we do not use third-party advertising cookies.
